Once your child is 3 years old, he/she will progress into the pre- school area. Here we work from the foundation stage curriculum; this covers 6 areas of development:

        Personal and social          Language and literacy          Knowledge and understanding of the world

            Mathematics                        Physical                                           Creative

We keep records and observations on your child to ensure that we are providing the correct activities to help your child to reach their full potential. You may of course look at these at any time.

As soon as your child is 3 they are entitled to 5 x 2 ½ hour sessions a week free of charge please ask Anne to explain how this  works if you are unsure.

Your child will have some adult led activities, and also time to plan and choose what they wish to play with themselves. When your child is 4 we invite you to attend a consultation, when you will be able speak to your child’s key worker about their progress at a time convenient to you.
